MultiDyne releases new transport solution

MultiDyne has released its DVI-4000 Series long-haul transport solution for high-quality, up to WQXGA 2560 x 1600, DVI single- and dual-link video sources via four to nine fiber cables. The system also supports stereo audio and bidirectional data for monitor control. The system uses no compression and requires no user adjustments or calibration.

The DVI-4000 uses multiple fibers, which eliminates many of the expensive optical multiplexing components found in its sister DVI-5000 line while maintaining the same performance.
