Broadcast automation and content management solutions provider OmniBus has opened a new support and customer service center in Denver, CO, which will house technical support staff and a new products demonstration space for North and South American customers.

Several major customer sites that use OmniBus iTV platform will be replicated at the Denver facility for diagnostics and advice. The facility will also offer a quality assurance and testing program for the complete company’s complete product line, and initiate a dedicated testing program for mobile TV applications.

iTX is a software-based broadcast production and transmission solution that uses standard IT hardware and advanced software technology. The system delivers automation, ingest, editing and content management, in addition to acting as a video server, master controller, graphics device and logo inserter.
