Pappas Telecasting streamlines administration with Harris traffic software

The Harris OSi-Traffic software platform allows Pappas to keep close track of its media assets.

Pappas Telecasting is migrating its traffic operations to a Harris OSi-Traffic software platform to centralize the broadcast advertising traffic and accounting operations for most of its stations at the company’s new Fresno, CA, technical operations center. The goal is to manage its stations more efficiently and maximize resources.

The OSi-Traffic system integrates seamlessly with automation solutions and supports a centralized traffic structure across an entire TV station group with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. This is accomplished by leveraging the power of a relational database that coordinates the demands of multiple stations with multiple channels operating in a consolidated environment.
