The PatchAmp Lite system from PatchAmp proves to be just what is needed in a 3G HD-SDI system to minimize signal loss over cable. It combines a 3GHz SDI DA with a patch bay.

The PatchAmp PA3200Lite Video frame houses four 2 x 32 patch panels, integral to 32 DA cards in 4RU. The PatchAmp PA-901HD 1 x 4 video distribution amplifier is multirate up to 3Gb/s, guaranteeing that every signal is equalized and reclocked at the patch bay. The SDI and analog video distribution amplifiers also are available in 1 x 5 configurations.
