FOR-A Corporation of America will showcase VertigoXmedia’s X-Presenter PowerPoint CG solution at NAB2005. VertigoXmedia has granted FOR-A exclusive rights to sell X-Presenter in the U.S. X-Presenter is a software solution that allows users to integrate broadcast-quality graphics and video into Microsoft PowerPoint presentations without using a scan converter. It is aimed primarily at the digital signage and AV market.
Running directly inside PowerPoint’s user interface, X-Presenter allows operators to use familiar tools to produce CG graphics and animations. In addition to being able to import images in any format and link slide elements to real-time data, X-Presenter users can add live video inputs, a real-time crawling ticker and multiple animated logos and clocks to their presentation, creating a full broadcast production, all from within PowerPoint. The X-Presenter is template-based and data-driven.
