Images like the ones above can now be sent to flat panel televisions by Webpavement’s Sign Server product. It can also be animated by MotionSpeak Studios’ PointWare application, as a result of a new partnership between the two companies.
Webpavement and MotionSpeak Studios announced a technology alliance that supplements Webpavement’s portfolio of digital signage offerings with MotionSpeak Studio’s multimedia content creation environment.

MotionSpeak Studios’ PointWare application gives any authorized user with a Web browser the ability to quickly and easily create sophisticated Macromedia Flash animations and presentations. These messages are then sent to flat panel televisions using Webpavement’s Sign Server product. Message templates can be customized to match any organization’s logo and color usage guidelines.

PointWare provides message animation within its content creation tool. Webpavement will continue to support all other authoring tools and multimedia, including Flash, MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4, Windows Media Video, RealVideo, QuickTime, PowerPoint and a number of other formats.

Webpavement will begin shipping MotionSpeak Studio’s PointWare as part of its Message Builder application immediately.
