Telecast Fiber Systems released the CopperHead Generation Two.
CopperHead G2 provides full "triax-like" functionality for professional camcorders via a single, lightweight tactical fiber optic cable, or via SMPTE hybrid cable for those who want to power their cameras remotely. The interface supports all signals between the camera and 1RU base station, including bidirectional analog composite or component video, digital SDI and HD-SDI video, multiple audio, two channels of intercom, full camera control, multiple data paths for control of external devices, and transport of metadata and Ethernet.
