Latens, ADB integrate CA solutions with 3800, 5800 series STBs

Pay-TV and IPTV security software solutions provider Latens and interactive digital TV systems and software provider ADB have integrated Latens conditional-access (CA) systems with ADB set-top boxes.
The integration of Latens CAS, Latens FCAS and Latens IPCAS with ADB’s 3800 and 5800 set-top box ranges widens the choices of IPTV and cable operators and provides increased flexibility and functionality.
The ADB-3800 and 5800 series are composed of interactive, digital set-top boxes that incorporate advanced video encoding and high-definition television reception with support for MPEG-2 and MPEG-4.
