IMAKE has unveiled its OpenVision Content Creator version 4.5 with support for EGT encoders and Rhozet transcoders.
The digital content creation tool is built around an all open systems solution, allowing video content and service providers to choose from any best-of-breed brands.
Using the EGT encoders, OpenVision Content Creator produces standards compliant CableLabs VOD 1.1 content, as well as H.264 video for IPTV distribution. The integration of Rhozet software enables the transcoding of programming and promotional video for delivery to broadband outlets and mobile devices.
EGT’s MPEG encoding has proven to be compliant with CableLabs VOD Content 1.1 specification and is H.264-capable with the high-quality digital content format in a multistream encoder format. The Rhozet transcoder supports the formats required for the broadband and mobile desired platforms.
