Optibase buys 23 percent of Scopus Video Networks
Optibase announced Jan. 11 that it has purchased 3,035,223 ordinary shares of Scopus Video Networks, which represents about 23 percent of Scopus' issued share capital, from Koor Corporate Venture Capital and Koor Industrie for about $16 million.
