SysMaster has released the Tornado M50, a new high-definition set-top box (STB) specifically designed for the IPTV and video-on-demand markets.
The Tornado M50 STB supports both H.264 video compression and high-definition video. For IPTV deployments in closed network infrastructures, where bandwidth is not a concern, the Tornado M50 delivers HD video with resolutions up to 1080p.
