Tilgin unveils Full Service Routing for lineup of home gateways

Tilgin has announced Full Service Routing for its portfolio of Telco Home Gateways. Engineered for multiplay and converged service scenarios, Full Service Routing allows operators to connect and service multiple IP set-tops, PCs and media devices in the home.
Available to all Tilgin home gateways, Full Service Routing enables service providers to deploy value-added services within the home. The role of the home gateway as an intelligent service node is increasing as operators look to deliver new value added services (VAS) including IPTV. Servicing multiple TVs at home with more services and applications is a part of their VAS strategy. This, however, requires advanced routing functionality that Tilgin now delivers in its home gateway solutions.
