Verizon adds 15 New York communities to FiOS TV roster

Verizon is expanding its FiOS TV service to 15 additional communities in New York, the company said Monday.
The fiber optic-based cable competitor will now be available in parts of Westchester County, including the communities of Bronxville, Scarsdale and Yonkers, and on Long Island in Floral Park and South Floral Park. Other New York communities where the service will be available include the Town of Islip: Bayport, Bay Shore, Bohemia, Hauppauge, Holbrook, Oakdale, Ronkonkoma, Sayville, West Islip and West Sayville.
Verizon already offers FiOS TV in more than 120 New York communities.
