AT&T adds Cleveland, Akron to U-verse TV roster

Residents in portions of the Cleveland and Akron, OH, metropolitan statistical areas now can subscribe to AT&T’s fiber-based U-verse TV IPTV service.
AT&T last month added residents in Cleveland and Akron, OH, to its U-Verse IPTV service area.
AT&T U-verse services in parts of the Cleveland-Elyria-Mentor metropolitan statistical area (MSA) are initially available in Bay Village, Berea, Broadview Heights, Brooklyn, Euclid, Fairview Park, Lakewood, Lyndhurst, Mayfield Heights, Mentor, North Royalton, Orange, Solon, South Euclid, Warrensville Heights, Westlake, Willoughby Hills and Willowick.
In the Akron MSA, AT&T U-verse service is initially available in Cuyahoga Falls, Fairlawn, Kent, Munroe Falls, Silver Lake and Stow. The company will continue to increase availability throughout Ohio metro areas.
As of June 12, there were more than 40,000 U-verse TV and Internet subscribers in 23 markets nationwide.
