AT&T expands U-verse to Kansas City metro area

AT&T last week launched its U-verse fiber-optic based television and high-speed Internet service in portions of the Kansas City metropolitan area on the Kansas side of the state line.
The service is now available to tens of thousands of homes in Kansas City, KS; Leawood; Lenexa; Mission; Mission Hills; Olathe; Overland Park; Prairie Village; Roeland Park; and Shawnee.
AT&T's U-verse IPTV and broadband Internet service offers digital television, including more than 25 high-definition channels— and high-speed Internet access.
