Inlet Technologies introduces Spinnaker encoder

The Intel Technologies Spinnaker performs real-time encoding in the SMPTE VC-1 and Windows Media formats.
Inlet Technologies has introduced Spinnaker, the first Inlet product line optimized specifically for live media delivery for applications such as IPTV, Web streaming, PEG, broadband TV and enterprise video.
Spinnaker, which performs real-time encoding in the SMPTE VC-1 and Windows Media formats, supports resolutions ranging from Web to HD. Among its features is support for Picture-in-Picture, Dolby Digital AC3 pass-through and multiple languages. Local, Web and SNMP interfaces facilitate efficient device management, enabling the operator to control content remotely from anywhere on the network.
