IPgallery and Tvinci have announced the availability of a joint solution enabling users to consume, share and communicate by using TV services via the Internet.

The joint solution enables the delivery of TV services enriched with Web 2.0 and communication features. It targets mobile and fixed-line operators that aim to offer their subscribers quad-play services.

By combining IPgallery's experience in deploying IP telephony services over NGN/IMS infrastructure with Tvinci's TV Portal capabilities, the joint solution lets operators launch TV, telco and Web services with minimum investment.
