Netopia unveils new triple-play technology

Netopia debuted its latest triple-play-oriented technology, including enhancements to the MiAVO gateways, at the 2006 edition of the Broadband World Forum Europe.
Among the new Netopia products are:

  • Enhanced features for the MiAVO VDSL2 and bonded ADSL2+ gateways designed to deliver triple-play services, including IPTV and voice-over-IP (VoIP) services.
  • Extending the Netopia VoIP strategy to include a new line of integrated access devices (IADs) featuring a broadband gateway, a high-performance wireless access point and voice ports within a single device.
  • The Netopia Broadband Server (NBBS) remote management platform, enabling service providers to automate and manage broadband services.
