VBrick Systems ships EtherneTV 4.4

VBrick Systems has begun shipping EtherneTV 4.4, the newest release of VBrick's media management software that provides capabilities for distributing live and on-demand video assets inside and outside the firewall.
The EtherneTV 4.4 release provides new functionality for users through additional support for H.264 video, integration with VBrick's Online Streaming Service (VBoss) and multiple security enhancements.
EtherneTV 4.4 also provides advanced Internet IP video capabilities through integration with VBrick's VBoss managed service. Existing or new EtherneTV users can add Internet delivery to their system by subscribing to the VBoss service and configuring the VBrick appliance to stream to it. VBoss integrates video encoding, a Web-based media management portal, and content distribution network bandwidth for live and on-demand video distribution.
