Modulus Video has introduced its new ME2000 series MPEG-4 AVC encoding platform, compact (1RU) multiformat encoding platform.
The ME2000 series expands Modulus Video’s line of AVC encoders with a system that can be easily switched via software control between high-definition and standard-definition video outputs.
The new ME2000 series of encoders allows users to start with SD encoding today and with additional software upgrade to HD later, as well as begin initally with HD with the option of having SD output when required.
