WEGENER to unveil CompelConnect.com service

CompelConnect.com is a new software-as-a-service that provides management tools for content distribution, scheduling, playout control and monitoring.
WEGENER will introduce CompelConnect.com, a Web-based network control system for media networks, at the NAB Show.
CompelConnect.com provides a scalable solution for IP-based small and midsized video networks requiring localization on a site-by-site or regional basis. When used with WEGENER’s iPump 525 IP media player, it is appropriate for digital signage, corporate communications and subscription services.
CompelConnect.com is a new software-as-a-service that provides management tools for content distribution, scheduling, playout control and health and status monitoring of WEGENER iPump 525 IP media players via the Web. With a user-friendly GUI, CompelConnect.com lets the user schedule how and when content is distributed and in what style content is played out of WEGENER iPump 525 IP media players.
