Is 2002 the year of DTV?

SCRI International recently asked "By when do you expect to be on the air transmitting a digital signal? By the end of 2002, cumulatively, more than 84% said they'd be transmitting DTV. More than 48% said they'd be adding DTV by the end of next year.
