Pro-Bel buys Vistek

Pro-Bel has acquired Vistek Electronics.

Vistek, a privately owned company based in the United Kingdom, supplies interface products to the broadcast industry.

Pro-Bel executives said the merger would expand the company’s offerings to the global broadcast market and would extend its reach into the cable and satellite market. The purchase enables Pro-Bel to meet the needs of more customers and have more resources to invest in developing new technology.
