Veteran sales and rental company Abel Cine Tech will now offer U.S. production professionals the full line of Panther - a German camera and lighting accessories company - as part of its extensive inventory. The two companies announced a new joint partnership for the introduction of the Panther line of broadcast products in the U.S.
The Panther product line includes onboard lighting systems, lightweight jibs and dollies, and a newly introduced line of tripods and fluid heads.
The tripod line includes the T4 and T6 for compact DV cameras, the T10 for general ENG camcorders, the T45 for 16/35mm systems, and the L-shaped, modular L40 fluid head. The line will be highlighted by the U.S. debut of the new X15 fluid head for HD and broadcast cameras up to 33lbs.
