Preliminary data about the demographics of those attending IBC2009 indicates a total of 1355 companies exhibited at this year’s gathering, and total attendance stood at 45,547.

The percentage of attendees with technical job functions attending this year’s gathering compared to IBC2008 fell from 28 percent of the total.
