Solid State Logic (SSL) has appointed Joe Walsh as VP of sales for media production systems and Shaun McTernan as product manager for media production systems.
Both appointments are designed to take advantage of interest in SSL’s Gravity, following its installation at NNS (Network News Services) in New York.
Walsh joins SSL from Focus Enhancements, based in Campbell, CA, where he was VP of channel sales. Previously he was with Pinnacle Systems and Ciprico. In his new role, Walsh will lead and manage all aspects of SSL sales activities for North and South America, including key account handling and sales channel development.
McTernan also joins SSL from Focus Enhancements, where he was VP of enterprise solutions. McTernan will now focus on creating growth for SSL’s MediaWAN technologies.
