Ascent Media to provide FOX with support, maintenance of earth stations

Ascent Media has been awarded a five-year contract by FOX Networks engineering and operations to provide ongoing system support and maintenance for the satellite earth stations at all FOX affiliate locations.

Additionally, Ascent Media will assume responsibility for the upgrades that FOX Digital initiated in 2002, which includes a migration path from a single-antenna to a dual-antenna satellite system. Ascent will install new Andrew 4.5M antennas at about 125 FOX sites.
