Chyron has appointed Michael Wellesley-Wesley as its new president and CEO, effective February 21. He succeeds Roger Henderson who is resigning from that position, although Henderson will remain as a director of Chyron.
Wellesley-Wesley previously served Chyron as chairman and CEO from July 1995 to June 1997, and was chairman from June 1999 to December 2001. Since January 2002 Mr. Wellesley-Wesley has been chairman of Chyron’s Executive Committee.
