Chyron's Version 13.00 features Lyric MC, a Windows-based application for off-line editing of iNFiNiT! family messages. Lyric MC is based on Lyric, Chyron’s premier graphics authoring playback software for the Duet family of graphics and animation systems.
Another new feature is a demo version of NewsCrawl, a ticker application. Using the iNFiNiT! family’s Serial Crawl capabilities, NewsCrawl automates the gathering of information from many sources such as automated news/sports/financial feeds, file servers, serial port, Web pages, internal database and even manual keyboard entry.
