Dielectric Communications has purchased Flash Technology of Franklin, Tenn., from American Tower.
Flash Technology designs, assembles and monitors aviation obstruction lighting systems. It services the communications, broadcast, airport, wind energy and hydropower markets.
Flash brings to Dielectric a service platform for the automated monitoring of tower lighting. Dielectric said that it would continue to operate the Flash Technology facility in Franklin, Tenn.
