At IBC2003, Tektronix will kick off its Vision03 European autumn seminars. The seminars are part of the company’s emphasis on addressing the evolving requirements of quality-conscious customers in the video industry.
The regional seminars, which will visit Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan, Rome, Munich, Cologne, Berlin, London, Winchester and Porte de Versailles (at the SATIS trade show), are a response to customer research indicating that one-day technical seminars are the preferred method of contact in today’s demanding video test environment.
Tektronix’ Vision03, which runs until the end of October, is intended to enhance interaction between Tektronix and its customers. The one-day seminars will focus on key real-world operational issues. They will offer attendees opportunity for hands-on experience with many Tektronix’ video, test, measurement and monitoring products.
Application areas to be covered include content creation and post-production, design using MPEG measurement techniques and DVB distribution and transmission systems.
