CEI chooses Quintech IF and L-band matrix routers

Communications Engineering (CEI) has chosen the Quintech SRM Series Matrices for integration into the new Rainbow Network Communications (RNC) broadcast command center.

Quintech's SRM series of modular, expandable, programmable, non-blocking, full fan-out RF matrix routing systems, when fully integrated, can be configured to route any of 8 to 256 inputs carrying RF signals to any number of 8 to 256 outputs.

The systems include an SRM 070/32x32 modular 70MHz IF matrix routing system and an SRM 2150/48x32 L-band (950-2150MHz) matrix routing system.

Quintech's SRM series of modular, expandable, programmable, non-blocking, full fan-out RF matrix routing systems, when fully integrated, can be configured to route any of 8 to 256 inputs carrying RF signals to any number of 8 to 256 outputs. These multi-octave systems use patented stack-and-tier technology offering compact, ultra-reliable, high-performance implementations of radio frequency (RF) switching technology.
