Chyron’s new Lyric 3D+ provides template-based 3-D graphics and animation design for live, on-the-fly CG creation and playout.
The Lyric 3D+ software offers complete control to a CG operator, while the simplified playout mode eliminates the need for specialized operator training.
Other features include:
Direct import of 3-D objects created in standard modeling programs. Mixed 2-D and 3-D objects are animated in real time with lighting and camera effects.
Independent control of all animations and elements is provided through separate timeline assignments.
Intelligent transitions between scenes and pages.
AVI and QuickTime files can be applied to moving 3-D surfaces and combined with other graphics and live text.
Advanced visual imaging includes live particle effects such as smoke and fire, which can be applied to any object and may be driven by live data.
