The Lyric 3D+ software offers complete control to a CG operator, while the simplified playout mode eliminates the need for specialized operator training.
Chyron’s new Lyric 3D+ provides template-based 3-D graphics and animation design for live, on-the-fly CG creation and playout.

The Lyric 3D+ software offers complete control to a CG operator, while the simplified playout mode eliminates the need for specialized operator training.

Other features include:

  • Direct import of 3-D objects created in standard modeling programs. Mixed 2-D and 3-D objects are animated in real time with lighting and camera effects.
  • Independent control of all animations and elements is provided through separate timeline assignments.
  • Intelligent transitions between scenes and pages.
  • AVI and QuickTime files can be applied to moving 3-D surfaces and combined with other graphics and live text.
  • Advanced visual imaging includes live particle effects such as smoke and fire, which can be applied to any object and may be driven by live data.
