Datmedia to unveil datpresenter MOBILE

Datmedia will launch datpresenter MOBILE at IBC2006 as part of the new datpresenter DPX V2.0 software range, which lets users stream video content in 3GPP and MPEG-4 formats to 3G cell phones and the Internet.

The software is fully W3C compliant and supports: WAP 2.0, XHTML, XHTML MP, HTML 4.01, CSS, ECMAScript and JavaScript. Datpresenter MOBILE simplifies streaming Real, Windows and 3GP to mobile sources. Upload any format of mobile content, activate the ‘send to mobile’ tool in the administrator view and datpresenter MOBILE will send an SMS text message with a hyperlink that auto-starts the streaming video.

All the viewer needs is a multimedia phone with a Real, Windows or 3GP media player and a GPRS data connection for browsing the Internet.
