High-power TV broadcast antenna manufacturer Dielectric Communications has purchased Flash Technology of Franklin, Tenn., from American Tower Corporation. Flash designs and installs aviation obstruction lighting systems servicing the communications, broadcast, airport, wind energy and hydropower markets.
Dielectric said the acquisition strengthens its products and service offerings and adds the ability to offer automated monitoring of tower lighting. The company will continue to operate Flash Technology’s main facility in Franklin.
