Dielectric Communications has purchased Flash Technology of Franklin, Tenn., from American Tower Corporation.
Flash Technology works in the design, assembly, monitoring and service of aviation obstruction lighting systems servicing the communications, broadcast, airport, wind energy and hydropower markets.
With the acquisition of Flash, Dielectric has a strong service platform for the automated monitoring of tower lighting. The union of Dielectric and Flash will benefit customers through more comprehensive turnkey systems, broader engineering expertise base, and reduced costs associated with remote monitoring capabilities.
Dielectric will continue to operate the Flash Technology, Franklin, Tennessee facility.
