DVS unveils Pronto2K multifunctional digital disk recorder

DVS' Pronto2K

Pronto2K from DVS is a multifunctional digital disk recorder for uncompressed SD, HD and 2K (2048x1556).

With a newly designed user interface and operating under the Windows file system, the new DVS DDR is well-suited for many post-production applications. Whether for capturing high-resolution data, storage, color correction or playout, Pronto2K supports each phase of the digital intermediate process.

Several of the systems, connected to a SAN storage, offer multiple users concurrent data access in real time. Pronto2K stores video data directly as BMP, YUV, TIFF, TGA Cineon or DPX files. For audio storage, AIFF and WAV are available.
