Electronics Research Inc. (ERI) has consummated an agreement to buy selected assets from Orland Park, Ill.,-based Andrew Corp. All assets are located at Andrew's Gray, Maine, facility.
Among the assets ERI acquired are filters, combiners and RF components for TV and FM radio, TV broadcast antenna systems and rigid transmission line products, including MACXLine and GUIDELine brands.
Based in Chandler, Ind., ERI offers a number of products and services including: TV antennas, filters and combiners, grounding and lightning protection products, guyed and self-supporting towers, turnkey installation services, after-sales maintenance and inspection services, structural analysis on towers regardless of tower origin, tower reinforcement regardless of tower origin and tower rescue and repair assistance.
