Electronics Research has finalized its agreement to purchase from Andrew Corporation, selected assets from its Orland Park, Ill. location, and all of the assets at its Gray, Maine facility.
The selected assets sold include filters, combiners and RF components for television and FM radio, antenna systems for television broadcast applications, and rigid transmission line products including the MACXLine and GUIDELine brands.
