EV/Telex expands wireless mic frequencies

The new F and G frequencies have been added to the Electro-Voice RE1 HF wireless mic system (pictured) and the Telex FMR-1000 and Telex SAFE-1000.
Telex/Electro-Voice has introduced two new frequency bands for its RE-1, FMR-1000 and SAFE-1000 wireless microphone systems.
In an effort to increase user flexibility and permit larger installations, the company will add F b and (650- to 674MHz) and G band (614- to 638 MHz) to wireless systems in the EV/Telex product line. These two new bands, combined with the existing A and B bands, will enable audio engineers to run a far greater number of total wireless systems simultaneously.
A mix of A, B, F, and G bands can be used to create up to 44 systems on a single stage. The new F and G frequencies have been added to the Electro-Voice RE1 UHF wireless system and to the Telex FMR-1000 and SAFE-1000.
