The Final Cut Pro User Group Network will hold the Eighth Annual NAB FCPUG SuperMeet Tuesday, April 21, at the Rio Hotel, in Las Vegas.

Expected to be one of the largest gatherings of editors, filmmakers and digital content creators during the NAB Show, the SuperMeet provides an open forum for attendees to discuss post production and broadcast, talk one-on-one with digital media technology developers and network with peers.

Final Cut Pro User Groups (FCPUG) started as a grassroots movement to connect Apple Final Cut Pro editors at a local level. In its eighth year, SuperMeet events are held in conjunction with industry trade shows around the world, including MacWorld in San Francisco; the NAB Show in Las Vegas; and IBC in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The format offers presentations and training by community members and industry technologists. Equally popular are the presentations from community member videographers and filmmakers.

The Eighth Annual NAB SuperMeet also will host the FCP Trade Show, where more than 25 developers and manufacturers will showcase the latest in digital media technology.
