Fischer to highlight redesigned 1051 triaxial connector

The parts making up the redesigned 1051 have been optimized and their number reduced to simplify the assembly process.
At IBC2006, Fischer Connectors will showcase its newly redesigned 1051 triaxial connector.
Made of new material, the redesigned 1051 series is lighter, but still retains its strength. The parts making up the redesigned 1051 have been optimized and their number reduced to simplify the assembly process and eliminate the need for special tools.
Contact blocks are interchangeable, which greatly simplifies maintenance. The internal hermaphroditic parts of the connector allow a rapid change between male or female ends, or vice versa. To protect the connection and increase the durability of the equipment, the cable bend relief has been integrated into the connector design.
