FOX Network uses TANDBERG HD monitoring decoders



The TT1280, a compact 1RU device, will be used to verify video and audio quality, captioning, and other signal attributes for FOX stations.

The FOX stations will use the TANDBERG TT1280 high definition decoders to monitor network feeds originating from the FOX’s Los Angeles headquarters.

TANDBERG Television has announced that the FOX Network will purchase 200 of its high definition monitoring decoders for its affiliates. The deliveries will be timed to meet with the broadcaster’s recent announcement that it will begin transmitting 720p digital programming to 194 affiliates beginning in September 2004.
