Glidecam makes it smooth

Plymouth, Mass.-based Glidecam Industries, Inc., makers of affordable body-mounted camera stabilization systems, will show several new products--including the Glidecam V-35 system, Glidecam V-10 Smooth Shooter, Glidecam L7-Pro Monitor, and Glidecam Vista Head--in booth #C8843 at the NAB 2004 Convention in Las Vegas.

Designed to provide super smooth shots even under extreme conditions, the Glidecam V-35 and Glidecam V-10 Smooth Shooter professional stabilization systems are a new addition to the company’s V-Series line of body-mounted stabilizers.

The Glidecam L7-Pro LCD monitor is daylight viewable, switchable between 16:9/4:3; and includes NTSC/PAL auto read capability. It weighs only 1.8 pounds, and is powered by an external 12-volt DC 600mA battery. Also available in an SDI version.

The Glidecam Vista Head is a highly affordable and versatile full range camera pan-tilt head that offers full 360-degree pan and tilt action and can be set up in both high and low mode. It can handle cameras up to 20 lbs. And features super smooth, high-torque motors with 12 volts power. The Vista Head also comes with a smooth and accurate joystick control, a 15-foot cable and a 12-volt AC transformer and power converter that can be used globally.
