Harris Broadcast Europe hires new managing director
Harris Broadcast Europe has appointed a new managing director for Hirschmann Solutions.
Andreas Manske has been hired as managing director of the digital, analog, broadcast transmitters and digital cable headend systems company. Hirschmann Solutions became part of Harris Broadcast Europe in 2001.
Manske joins Harris after 16 years with electronics and analysis specialist PerkinElmer joining as a research engineer in Uberlingen, Germany.
Before PerkinElmer Andreas Manske received his electrical engineering training at FG Constance in Germany, and participated in the Executive MBA program leading to dual degrees from the State University of New York and the Graduate School of Business administration in Zurich. He joined Harris in June 2002.
