TV Magic announced the launch of its Support Services Group (SSG), a new division dedicated to providing the broadcast community with one-call access to maintenance and engineering labor services. The SSG 24-hour call center at TV Magic's San Diego offices will complement the company's engineering, design and installation services by providing continuous phone support, system monitoring and provision of engineers for on-site maintenance and/or operations as required.
The professional services offered through SSG will allow TV Magic customers to keep their systems up and running with one set annual cost and with one-call access to maintenance and service. The SSG division will give customers unlimited access to a pool of qualified maintenance, production and master control engineers, who will provide technical and operational support to TV Magic customers.
