Chyron appoints William Payne, Director of Asia Pacific Sales

Chyron Corporation has appointed William Payne as its new Director
of Sales, Asia Pacific. In his new role, Payne will be responsible for
overseeing all Asia Pacific territory sales of Chyron’s hardware
and software products. William Payne has more than 20 years experience
in the broadcast/media industry in Canada, Europe and Asia.
Payne’s career includes 15 years at the Canadian Broadcasting
Corporation (CBC) in Toronto and London serving the CBC in a variety of
positions primarily within the News and Current Affairs department.
Payne has 12 years of service with Sony Corporation in Broadcast
equipment sales, New Business Development and Project Management both
in Toronto and Hong Kong. For the past two years Payne has been Vice
President of a Toronto area broadcast equipment dealer.
