Panasonic's CT-L1400 and CT-L2000 monitors are now available. The
14” and 20” LCD panels save space, have lightweight LCD
technology, and incorporate Panasonic’s latest drive
technologies.
Panasonic's new LCD monitors offer
specifications of 450cd/m² panel brightness, 400:1 contrast ratio
and a wide 160 degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles, two
composite and one component video/audio input, plus built-in audio
speakers
Both monitors feature Panasonic-exclusive Adaptive Intensity (AI)
technology to boost brightness and deliver deeper blacks for more
lifelike images in varying contrast scenes. The AI system uses a
process called histogram detection to process the luminance
distribution in real-time. Non-linear gamma correction is used to boost
gradation in the luminance areas containing the greatest number of
picture elements.
