Bush announces FCC seat nominations

President Bush has announced his nominations to fill the Republican and Democrat seats on the FCC.
Bush nominated current FCC Commissioner, Democrat Michael Copps, for a new five-year term.
The president also nominated Deborah Tate, a director of the Tennessee Regulatory Authority, for the Republican seat on the commission.
