Holophone and DPA Microphones form strategic alliance

Holophone, a division of Rising Sun Productions, and DPA Microphones of Denmark have formed a strategic alliance. Under the alliance, DPA will become the exclusive provider of microphone elements for the Holophone H2-PRO surround sound microphone and any similar products.
The H2-PRO can record up to 7.1 channels of discrete surround sound for all professional audio applications - standard television, DTV, HDTV, music, project studios/engineers, and film location recording – and is the only stand-alone surround sound capture device of its kind on the market.
